Meadowlark Stables offers a full service boarding and training facility operated by Stephen and Ginette Wallace as well as a growing school horse program operated by Stephen Wallace. The developing rider program operated by Stephen and Ginette Wallace has seen a large increase in numbers of students on the southern Alberta show circuit.

Stephen Wallace is one of Alberta’s youngest certified EC Level 1 instructors. Stephen has ridden and trained with Kip Jones and Trish Marawka, and currently he is training and showing competitively with the guidance of Tamie Phillips. Stephen has valuable determination and drive that helps to continually enhance the students while still keeping a fun environment.

Ginette is a certified EC Level 2 instructor and has been showing and coaching students of all levels for many years. Ginette has many personal achievements to her name such as Junior Hunter Champion at Spruce Meadows and was the recepient of the Junior Rider scholarship. Ginette has ridden and trained with professionals such as Albert Kley, Claudia Cojarter, and Gail Ross. She has reached many levels of accomplishments with her coaching. Both Stephen and Ginette continue to learn and train in order to keep current and up to date in the industry.

Madison Monkman is a Certified Instructor of Beginners and has gained knowledge from the top levels. Madison has worked with Olympian Ian Millar and his renowned

The facility is located approximately 4 kms east of the new east Country Hills Stoney Trail overpass, or exactly 11 kms east of Deerfoot Trail on Country Hills Boulevard. We offer an enjoyable, safe, family environment. There is an insulated and heated 120 x 60 indoor riding arena that has a heated viewing lounge, heated tack room, and washrack. Outside is a large 100 x 200 outdoor sand ring. There is a wide selection of jumps and the footing is always well maintained. Meadowlark Stables is located only fifteen minutes from the nearest vet clinic.
